Apartment listing photos and details that save a viewing
Show the layout, explain the price and separate a sale offer from a rental so visitors know what to expect.
State what is being offered
Choose sale or rental explicitly. State the area, room count, floor and heating accurately; explain how the area was supplied if uncertain. For rental, specify the rent period and list extra charges separately. Do not present a monthly rent as though it were the purchase price.
Photograph a complete route
Start with the entrance and show each main room, the kitchen and bathroom in daylight. Include storage or outdoor space only if it belongs to the offer. Avoid photographs that conceal known damage or make a different property appear available. Remove personal documents and identifiable private belongings before taking photos.
Update availability and answer clearly
Give the neighbourhood and a practical way to arrange a viewing without publishing access codes. Explain included furniture, parking and known limitations. Update price and availability in the existing listing. If the apartment is no longer available, close the listing promptly instead of leaving interested people waiting.
